These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and moving services provided by Tiger Town Movers LLC ("Tiger Town Movers," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our website, requesting a quote, or booking a move, you agree to these Terms.
Tiger Town Movers provides residential and commercial moving services, including local and long distance moves, loading and unloading, and related services in the Greenville and Clemson areas of South Carolina. The specific services for your move will be described in your quote or service agreement.
Quotes and estimates are based on the information you provide, such as inventory, distance, access conditions, and date. Final charges may differ if actual conditions differ from what was described, including changes in volume, additional services, stairs, long carries, or delays outside our control. We will communicate any material changes to charges where reasonably possible.
A move is confirmed when scheduled and, where applicable, when any required deposit is received. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us as early as possible. Deposit, cancellation, and rescheduling terms will be set out in your booking confirmation or service agreement.
Payment is due as stated in your quote or service agreement. We accept the payment methods identified at the time of booking. Charges for additional services performed at your request will be added to your final invoice.
For safety and legal reasons, we may decline to transport certain items, including hazardous materials, flammable or explosive items, perishables, plants, pets, firearms, and items of extraordinary value unless arranged in advance. You are responsible for transporting such items separately unless we agree otherwise in writing.
Our liability for loss or damage to your goods is governed by the valuation coverage you select and by applicable law and regulations covering household goods movers. Coverage options and any limits will be described in your service agreement or bill of lading. Claims for loss or damage must be submitted in writing within the timeframe stated in your service documents. We are not liable for items not packed by us, for items of extraordinary value not disclosed in advance, or for delays or losses caused by events outside our reasonable control.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tiger Town Movers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount recoverable under the valuation coverage applicable to your move.
You agree to use our website lawfully and not to interfere with its operation or security. Content on this website is provided for general information and may be updated at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in South Carolina.
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
